    Aegis Virtual provides virtual receptionist and call answering services for businesses. Our services include but are not limited to: live call answering, message taking, appointment scheduling, lead qualification, and call routing. Service availability and features may vary based on your selected plan.

    3. Service Plans & Billing

    By subscribing to a service plan, you agree to the following:

    • Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
    • Overage minutes beyond your plan's allocation are billed at the rate specified in your plan
    • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
    • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice

    4. Client Responsibilities

    As a client, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate and up-to-date information for call handling scripts and procedures
    • Notify us promptly of any changes to your business operations that affect our services
    • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
    • Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose

    5. Confidentiality

    We understand the sensitive nature of business communications. All call information, client data, and business details shared with us are treated as confidential. Our team members are bound by confidentiality agreements, and we implement appropriate security measures to protect your information.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aegis Virtual shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

    7. Service Level

    While we strive to answer all calls promptly and professionally, we do not guarantee 100% uptime or that every call will be answered within a specific timeframe. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain high service standards and will communicate any planned service interruptions in advance.

    8. Termination

    Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these terms, fail to make timely payments, or use our services in a manner that is harmful or unlawful.

    9. Modifications to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
